3.1 Initial Quotations

  • Quotations remain valid for 30 days from issue
  • Material costs are subject to market fluctuations

3.2 Site Surveys

  • Professional site survey required before final quotation
  • Survey findings may necessitate revision of initial estimates
  • Additional works identified during survey will be detailed separately
  • Building regulation compliance assessment included

4. Contract Formation

4.1 Acceptance

  • Contracts are formed upon written acceptance of our final quotation
  • Deposit payment confirms acceptance of these terms

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

  • 25% deposit upon contract acceptance
  • 45% stage payment at first-fix completion
  • 25% stage payment at second-fix completion
  • 5% retention for snagging completion

5.2 Property Rights

  • All materials, fixtures, and fittings remain the property of Pristine Bathrooms until full payment received
  • Right to recover unpaid materials retained
  • Interest charged on overdue payments at 4% above Bank of England base rate

6. Project Execution

  • Force majeure conditions may affect completion dates
  • Client delays may impact project scheduling
  • Building control inspection requirements considered

6.2 Variations

  • All variations must be agreed in writing
  • Additional costs calculated at current industry rates
  • Impact on project timeline assessed before approval
  • Building regulation compliance maintained

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship

  • 12-month workmanship guarantee provided
  • Manufacturer warranties passed to client
  • Guarantee void if third-party modifications made
  • Regular maintenance required per manufacturer specifications

7.2 Materials

  • All materials comply with British Standards
  • CE/UKCA marked products used where applicable
  • Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) approved products
  • Environmental Product Declarations available on request

8. Cancellation and Termination
